WELLNESS GROUP FACILITATION
Our Wellness Facilitators hold group circles that focus on strategies to become more peaceful and empowered. An infusion of open discussions regarding mental health, self-awareness, emotional regulation, stress management, and meditation practices guided and facilitated by professional practitioners.
